General Information 
The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site, or the placement of an order, indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Lily’s Bridal Accessories reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw items from our range without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
 
 
This site is owned and operated by Lily’s Bridal Accessories. Unless otherwise specified, all information or materials appearing on this site, including the Lily’s Bridal Accessories logo, text, site design, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Lily’s Bridal Accessories. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Lily’s Bridal Accessories prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil action. 

Product Returns
We accept returns we offer only credit to the value or exchanges for items returned in their original condition and in the case of Handmade Jewellery it must have its original tag in its original condition and in its original packaging within 14 working days of receiving the item.
We will accept exchanges and returns we offer the credit note to the amount.
However, we regret we are unable to accept returns for bespoke or special order items, pierced earrings or necklace sets including pierced earrings and bespoke orders made to your specific requirements unless deemed faulty.

We will only accept returns if we have been notified within 7 working days of you receiving the product that you wish to obtain a refund/credit note or exchange. We require all goods to be returned to us within a further 7 working days (a total of 14 working days from delivery to you).
All returns must include all the original item packaging including any gift boxes, (unmarked),
YOU HAVE READ THIS DISCLAIMER AND AGREE TO IT ON THE BASIS THAT YOU AGREE IT IS REASONABLE
 
 
If you are exchanging an item it will incur a standard postage charge based on the weight of the item, this cost is to be paid by the customer.
 
We require all returns to be sent by Recorded Delivery (track n trace ) or equivalent overseas signed for insured postage service.
This will ensure that you are compensated should your goods be lost or damaged in transit. If an item is lost in transit as a result of being sent by Standard Royal Mail first or second class post, we will not be able to process a refund for the item.

Any returns or exchanges accepted by Lily’s Bridal Accessories will be credited via your original method of payment. The credit or difference in amount for an exchanged product will be credited / debited accordingly not including any original postage costs. 

If your initial order incurred Europe or Overseas Postage and you wish to exchange an item.
Please allow longer delivery and payment refund times for exchanges or returns being processed from an overseas order.
 
We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
 
Product Delivery
If an item of mail is undeliverable as a result of an inaccurate address or postcode being provided incorrectly, this will be returned to Lily’s Bridal Accessories and we will charge a postage fee to re-send the item.

If at this point the customer decides to not continue with the order, we will refund by credit note or exchange the cost of the items but NOT the postage costs applied.
 
Lily’s Bridal Accessories cannot be held liable for any delivery delays resulting from industrial action, i.e. a strike. However, we do endeavour to send items to ensure they will get priority once the strike is over. 

If you select a Guaranteed Delivery Date or Express Delivery service, Lily’s Bridal Accessories cannot be held responsible if the delivery does not arrive due to circumstances beyond our control. As long as the item is trackable, has been despatched on the date specified and was scheduled for delivery as requested by the customer, Lily’s Bridal Accessories is under no obligation to send a duplicate item or refund any postage costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected in this case and you (the customer) will still be under obligation to accept the goods when they arrive and use the returns procedure detailed to request a refund if you no longer require the item. Lily’s Bridal Accessories cannot be held responsible for goods which arrive too late for a scheduled dress fittting, event or wedding day. We recommend that all customers allow adequate time for their order to be delivered.
 
Delivery Charges

f you select the incorrect delivery option for your order, Lily’s Bridal Accessories reserves the right to contact you for any outstanding payment owed before your order is processed.

Payment Methods
You can purchase items through our secure shopping cart using Visa, Mastercard or Laser cards

If your payment has been refused when you placed your online order, it is your responsibility to contact your card issuer or account handler to rectify any issues which may have caused the refused payment. If you require any advice or assistance in this matter, you can contact us for further details.

Termination
Lily’s Bridal Accessories may at any time terminate or suspend any part of the Service without notice to you.
 
International Orders
European and International orders are subject to higher postage and packaging costs and longer delivery times compared to Ireland deliveries. Returns/credit, exchanges and refunds will also take longer to process and we will allow for extra time for customers to return an item from overseas. However, items being returned must be sent by a tracked postal service, for example, courier, with appropriate insurance cover as we will not be held liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Customers receiving goods outside the European Union are responsible for any local taxes and / or duties incurred. Any customers rejecting parcels for this reason will receive a refund net of any cost incurred by us in recovering the goods. Overseas customers will also be responsible for any currency conversion fees incurred.
European and International orders are subject to all other terms and conditions detailed on this page. 
 

Please note that use of this site and its Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish Law. We have taken every care to explain all terms governing ordering, payment, delivery, refunds/credit ploicy/exchanges, ways to contact us, your right to cancel your order, and our privacy policies in accordance with current DTI e-commerce, distance-selling regulations and the Data Protection Act. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in order to keep in line with any government changes made to these regulations in the future.
